On-campus accommodations are limited. We will begin organizing accommodations as applications arrive, so please submit as soon as possible. We will notify you by early 2026 if you’ve been allocated space. It is $100 no matter if you’re staying for one night or two or in a cabin or a tent.

If you need to borrow these items, please request accordingly when applying for on-campus accommodations.

Guests may be housed in cabins at either Kieve or Wavus (with transportation provided between camps). We’ll do our best to honor requests for specific cabins or locations but cannot guarantee them.
Tents
Want to relive your camp days? Register to pitch a tent on-site at either camp. If you want to reserve one of our tents, please request accordingly when applying for on-campus accommodations. Our stock is limited and will be available to reserve on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Local Rentals
We strongly encourage you to look into local rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) and nearby hotels/inns (try Newcastle Inn, Tipsy Butler, Damariscotta Lake Farms). Maine is known as Vacationland, so book early!
